October has arrived, and it means that the Fashion Month is oficially over – you'll be missed, September – but, it means that we can now take a deep look at all the new stuff we got from all the street style on the last Fashion Weeks. I mean, that is what always set the tone for all the hottest trends for the season.
Street fashion is fashion that have emerged not from studios, but from the grassroots, from the people. It is generally associated with youth couture, and is most often seen in major urban centers. Magazines and Newspapers commonly feature candid photographs of individuals wearing urban, stylish clothing and even the mainstream fashion often appropriates street fashion trends as influence. Nowadays, street fashion is getting more and more popular – and we love to see it.
However, this season we got to see some different things, things that one might not see as high-fashion, like t-shirts. Maybe it’s because it was super hot during summer and fall isn’t chill enough yet, but yes, t-shirts were all around last month. And it wasn’t bad actually. Specially when matched with another trend: the suit vest.
I know it might seen strange: a t-shirt and a suit vest pant? Well, yes, apparently it works – sometimes it even comes with the suit jacket, who would expect that? But all of the fashion pack loved it, and I have to say that so did I. Sometimes, great things do come from the unexpected.
