When did your passion for photography start and what were the main milestones that turned you into the artist you currently are?
My passion for photography start in 2014, when I got my first camera. But I seriously thought about working as a photographer in 2017, when I could no longer imagine my life without photography .
What's the best part of being a photographer?
The best part is meeting new interesting people every day.
From your experience, what is the key to getting the best out of a model?
Mutual understanding between the photographer and the model. The desire to get a good result on both sides.
Do you remember your first paid photography gig? How did it go?
Oh, yeah, it's a funny story. I went to the photographer to work as an assistant for one of the shootings, but I also took a few shots for my portfolio. The customer of the photo shoot wanted to thank me for my help with the shooting. So I got my first money as a photographer.
What gives you ideas and what inspires you to create your beautiful images?
I am inspired by all the beauty that surrounds us. Observation helps me find interesting ideas. This could be watching a movie, reading a book, or going to a museum.
How long does a shoot day typically last and what is the preparation like?
Typically my shooting day is no longer than 3 hours. I don't like long shooting days. I like to leave more energy and strength for further shootings.
What from your point of view makes the shoot successful?
Good preparation for shooting and a great mood on the set.
How has photography influenced or changed you as a person?
I became more confident and more open to people. Now I can express my emotions through photography, I didn't have enough of that.
Can you name a single work that has resonated with you emotionally? Why?
I do not have one specific work, but I am very inspired by the works of such classics as Helmut Newton and Peter Lindbergh.
What projects are you working on next, and what are your goals for the future?
I have a lot of ideas for filming that I would like to implement in the near future. I also dream that my work will be seen by as many people as possible, I want to become the most successful photographer in my country.
